RFIP: A Side Note of FIG WW 2025

「參考框架」（Reference Frame）是建立測量與導航基準的基礎工作，亦為「參考系統」（Reference System）的具體實踐。鑒於各國在實施「參考框架」時，日益重視參考框架間的國際連結與一致性，國際測量師聯盟（FIG）第五委員會自2012年起持續舉辦「參考框架實務」（Reference Frame in Practice, RFIP）活動，以促進全球測量領域的專業交流。舉辦方式或為單獨的會議，或為與其他測量會議結合，近年來則多於「國際測量師聯盟工作周」（FIG Working Week, FIG WW）及「國際測量師聯盟大會」（FIG Congress）主體會議前，以工作坊形式舉辦。至2025年，該系列活動已邁入第十四年。
2025年FIG WW於澳洲昆士蘭州布里斯班市（Brisbane, Queensland, Australia）舉行。本文記述會前RFIP工作坊之議程與核心內容，旨在為測量專業者提供「參考框架」議題的最新進展與交流重點。

The“Reference Frame”is the fundamental work for establishing measurement and navigation baselines and serves as the practical implementation of a“Reference System.”Given the increasing emphasis among countries on connectivity and harmonization in the implementation of reference frames, since 2012, Commission 5 of the International Federation of Surveyors (FIG) has continuously organized the“Reference Frame in Practice”(RFIP) initiative to promote understanding and exchange regarding reference frames. These events have been held either as standalone meetings or in conjunction with other surveying conferences. In recent years, they are mostly conducted as workshops prior to the main sessions of the FIG Working Week (FIG WW) and the FIG Congress. By 2025, the RFIP series entered its 14th year.
The 2025 FIG WW was held in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia. This article records the agenda and summary of the RFIP workshop prior to the 2025 FIG WW, aiming to serve as a reference for discussions on the topic of ''Reference Frames'' within various fields.
