As Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology rapidly matures, the global education sector is undergoing a profound paradigm shift. AI is not only reshaping the interaction models of teaching and learning but also presenting unprecedented opportunities and challenges for school administration at all levels. However, most schools still face difficulties in technology integration, teacher training, and data governance when implementing AI. This paper, from the perspective of school administra¬tion, focuses on the impact of AI on two core aspects:“administrative decision-making”and“leadership transformation.”The paper begins by outlining the global development trends and core application areas of AI in education, then examines key strategies for curriculum design and the cultivation of teachers’AI literacy from the perspective of school lead¬ers. A special focus is placed on innovative applications of AI in school administration, extending from smart management in K-12 campuses to institutional research and intelligent governance in higher education, and comparing the similarities and differences in their applications. Based on a comprehensive literature review, this paper points out that AI is not merely a tool for improving administrative efficiency but a core engine driving the transformation of school organizational culture and leader¬ship mindset. Based on these findings, this paper proposes a central ar¬gument that school administrators should transform from“information technology managers”to“intelligent education navigators.”It also offers practical recommendations to provide concrete policy suggestions and practical references for education administrators at all levels. |
