書評：《「沒有人」的運動：黑客、鄉民、與g0v零時政府的數位行動主義》

Book Review: The NOBODY Movement: Civic Hackers and Digital Activism in Taiwan

「g0v零時政府」（以下簡稱g0v）是台灣近年來重要卻非典型的社會運動。雖然號稱「沒有人、非組織」，但其參與者所組成的社群，卻能在「開放、協作」的共同價值下，以具體行動持續影響大小運動與各類議題。本書評分為兩部分，首先介紹本書內容大要，簡述章節內容與書中論述重點；其次由不同觀點切入與作者對話，包括g0v理念與實用主義哲學的親近性，以及g0v與BBS／PTT生態的對比。

“g0v”—a parody term for“gov”(abbreviation of government)—is a significant yet atypical social movement that has recently emerged in Taiwan. While claiming to be a“movement of nobody”and a“non-organization,”participants of g0v continuously work together under their shared values of“openness and collaboration”, contributing to various movements and social causes through concrete actions. In this review article, the main ideas of the book and summaries of each chapter are presented first, followed by discussions of pragmatism and the development of BBS／PTT in Taiwan as potential topics for further inquiry.
