黃美容針灸或臉部針灸是一種新興的綜合療法，它將傳統的經絡的針刺技術與現代神經刺激應用於臉部肌肉及相關全身穴位，以改善皮膚鬆弛、淡化皺紋和臉部肌肉張力。臨床數據表明，反覆微針刺入可以增強局部血流，增加真皮纖維母細胞活性，並刺激膠原蛋白和彈性蛋白的合成，促進組織修復進而改善皮膚彈性與光澤度，且副作用發生率極低。綜合現有研究，顏面針灸兼具安全性與自然性，為低侵入性美容方式之一。未來研究應朝向治療標準化及客觀評估指標之建立，以強化其在美容醫學領域之臨床應用價值。

Facial or cosmetic acupuncture is an emerging integrative therapy that combines traditional meridian-based needling techniques with modern neurostimulation, targeting facial muscles and related systemic acupoints to improve skin laxity, reduce wrinkles, and modulate facial muscle tone. Clinical evidence suggests that repeated micro-needling can increase local blood supply, activate dermal fibroblasts, and stimulate the synthesis of collagen and elastin, thereby promoting tissue repair and improving skin elasticity and radiance. The incidence of adverse effects is extremely low, underscoring its safety and tolerability. Based on current studies, facial acupuncture offers a natural and minimally invasive approach to aesthetic enhancement. Future research should focus on the standardization of treatment parameters and the establishment of objective evaluation indicators to strengthen its clinical and scientific value in aesthetic medicine.
