This article explores the integration model of narrative therapy and psychodrama and proposes an innovative framework that combines core concepts and techniques to promote clients to construct their own preferred stories and body-mind integration. This integrative model is based on social constructionism and psychodrama theory, emphasizing the core value of spontaneity and creativity in the treatment process. The research has developed a multi-level intervention strategy, including self-identity reconstruction, action practice, experience transformation and social witnessing. This model places special emphasis on visualizing the client's experiences through psychodrama techniques, while using the power of group support to help internalize different self-narratives. The research results aim to establish a common theoretical basis for narrative therapy and psychodrama, construct an innovative multi-level intervention strategy, and provide a clear and feasible plan as a reference. At the same time, it also provides a detailed process to explain the actual leadership of narrative psychodrama, and draws a narrative psychodrama integration model framework diagram to show the integration of the theoretical source and process of this model. This integrated model not only helps to break through the limitations of the client's mainstream narrative, but also promotes the client to see and reshape the repressed or ignored life experiences in the psychodrama, thereby achieving the goal of deconstructing and reconstructing self-identity, and creating a new direction for the cross-school combination of psychodrama and narrative therapy. |
