本研究旨在以品德教育內涵之負責、尊重、感恩、知恥、誠信等核心價值指標建構班級經營模式,藉行動研究方法探究學生於品德認知、品德情意與品德行為學習實踐之歷程,並藉以歸納出:一、在品德認知層面可以繪本讀物影片等主題閱讀融入課程讓學生學習品德價值意義,並透過價值澄清教學以及實際體驗等方式導引學生學習品德教育內涵;在品德情意層面,從營造班級經營特色與營造良好班級氣氛方面著手,讓學生從學習情境中內化養成品德態度;在品德行為層面部分則與學生共同建立融入品德行為之班級公約,並制訂賞罰分明的獎懲制度,讓學生具體實踐。二、從協助學生建立品德認知、品德情意與品德行為之歷程中發現,探究學生對於品德教育內涵的理解,澄清迷思概念,另以實際角色扮演等方式建構品德認知的教學內容加上以聯絡簿等班級經營策略和學生維繫亦師亦友的師生關係,並且能與家長形成相互支援的親師合作網絡,更能建立學生的品德認知與情意態度;再以行為檢核表記錄學生的品德行為具體表現,統整學生在生活上的品德行為實踐程度,建構出本研究之班級經營模式。
依據上述研究結果,提出對課程、教學等後續研究等建議。
英文摘要
This study aims to construct the connotation of moral responsibility, respect, gratitude, and sense of shame, the core values of indicator in class management model, through action research methods to explore student in moral cognition, affection, behavior, and practice of the learning process.
It summarized: First, moral cognitive level can be approached by reading picture books, reading movies and other topics into the curriculum for students to learn the meaning and moral values as well as, by value clarification teaching and actual experience to guide the students to learn the moral education connotation. In moral affective level, from creating class management features and create a good class atmosphere aspects, from the learning environment for students to develop the moral attitude in internal; In moral behavior level, from establishing the rules and regulations of moral behavior and developing reward and punishment system for students to comply with. Secondary, to help students build character from the cognitive, affective and moral course of moral behavior finds and explores students' understanding and clarifying misconceptions. and through the role-playing and practical way to construct cognitive moral teaching content with contact books and other class management strategies to students maintain mentor teacher-student relationship with students as well as to work with parents to form parent-teacher cooperation and mutual support networks build better cognitive and affective student's moral attitudes. With students' behavior checklist to record students' moral behavior of specific performance, the degree of integration of students in practical life and moral behavior constructs the class management model in this study.
Based on the above findings, presents the curriculum, teaching and other follow-up research proposals.
