注意力不足過動症在轉換測驗上的表現

The Performance of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder in the Task-- Switching Test

本研究的目的是檢驗注意力不足／過動症（Attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder，簡稱ADHD）的執行功能效率。共有15位ADHD兒童與24位一般兒童參加「兒童認知功能綜合測驗」中的轉換測驗（紙筆版），結果發現ADHD兒童表現出的固著錯誤率明顯比一般兒童來得多，但是ADHD兒童與一般兒童的轉換錯誤率則沒有差別。此意味著ADHD兒童的執行功能有受損的情形。

The goal of the paper was to examine the efficiency of executive functions in children with attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). Fifteen ADHD children and 24 non- ADHD children were tested in the task-switching test/pencil test of The General Test Battery of Children's Cognitive Abilities, ADHD children showed substantially more perseverative errors than non-ADHD children did, but children with and without ADHD had equal switching errors. These findings support deficit of executive functions in children with ADHD.
