夾縫求生：戰後台灣本省籍作家社群結構的形成（1950-1973）

Survival Through Cracks: The Formation of Native Taiwanese Writers’Community Structure (1950-1973)

1945年以降的戰後台灣，絕大多數台灣本省籍作家面臨寫作語言轉換困境，許多在日本教育下成長、不諳中文書寫的創作者不得不放棄寫作。然而，部分本省作家並未因此放棄文學志業，他們從邊緣出發，試圖集結社群以克服結構困境、延續寫作生涯。歷經多年沉潛後，無論是在創作者、編輯，乃至於社群陣地及評論家，本省作家群體終於在文學生產場域中完成初步佔位。
本文嘗試採取一整體性觀點，首先參考Bourdieu的文學場域互動論及Escarpit的作家「班底」（Equipe）理論框架，從文學場域運作情形與外部結構進行考察，並運用社會網絡分析（social network analysis）技術，初步分析1950年代至1970年代初期多數本省作家之間的社會互動關係，進而理解戰後本省作家無論從主流報章副刊的發表版面，乃至作家社群組織，各團體中行動者之間具有頻繁的社會互動關係，不僅確立作家班底雛型，也發掘新興創作者，形成戰後本省作家的整體社群支持結構。

After the Chinese government took over Taiwan in 1945, most of native Taiwanese (“Benshengren”) writers faced the aporia caused by the change of writing language and thus gave up their literary careers. However, some writers tried to overcome the structural difficulties by establishing support communities.
This article attempts to clarify the overall community structure of Taiwanese writers from the 1950s to the mid-1970s. By referring to Bourdieu’s field theory and Escarpit’s“Equipe”framework, the study firstly investigates the operations and external structures of the literary field. Secondly, social network analysis is used to examine the social relations among Taiwanese writers. The finding shows that the social interactions among native Taiwanese writers, from mainstream newspaper supplements to writers’community organizations, were frequent. The interactive process not only shaped the prototype of the writer equipe, but also discovered emerging writers, forming an overall community support structure for native Taiwanese writers.
