建立醫院體檢中心高效團隊協作機制：以中國大陸廈門地區為例

Establishment of the High Efficient Cooperative Team of Hospital Physical Examination Center in Mainland China

團隊合作對有效的醫療是關鍵的，醫院的體檢部門是醫院盈利的重要來源，體檢中心的團隊合作極為重要。本文通過對廈門地區多家公立醫院體檢中心進行調研，發現目前公立醫院體檢中心存在的普遍問題，以廈門市某公立醫院體檢中心現存的問題及相關影響因素為例進行全面分析，運用相關模型理論，對提升醫院體檢中心團隊合作效率進行有效性評估，在體檢中心團隊建設方面進行體檢流程優化給出建議，期望提升體檢中心服務水準，牢固樹立醫院以病人為中心的理念。

Team cooperation is the key to effective medical treatment. The medical examination department is an important source of profit for the hospital, so the team cooperation of the medical examination center is extremely important. Based on the investigation of medical examination centers of many public hospitals in Xiamen, this paper finds out the common problems existing in the medical examination centers of public hospitals at present. Taking the existing problems and related influencing factors of a public hospital medical examination center in Xiamen as an example, the effectiveness analysis of improving the team cooperation of the hospital medical examination center was evaluated by using the relevant model theory. In the aspect of team building of medical examination center, the paper gives suggestions on the optimization of medical examination process, expecting to improve the service level of medical examination center and firmly establish the concept of patient-centered hospital.
