This study aims to find answers to three questions: First, to what extent does the public believe that the two parties responsible for the Formosa Fun Coast Water Park dust explosion crisis: Formosa Fun Coast Water Park and Juipo International Marketing Co. should be held accountable, respectively? Second, does the public consider their response strategies to be effective? What are the public’s opinions? Third, do the public’s perceptions of the effects of said parties’crisis communication change over time? To achieve its objectives, this study conducted a questionnaire survey using the longitudinal method, and obtained valid and reliable results. Research limitations and suggestions for future research are also provided, with the aim being to improve relevant research results and make them applicable to crisis management practice. |
