教師生涯循環理論係一個具系統性、發展性且有高度實務應用價值的教師生涯發展理論，對於我國教師專業發展，特別是在區別化教師評鑑上在很高的參考價值。本文先闡明教師生涯循環理論，然後提出其在區別化教師評鑑上的應用，供國內推動教師評鑑理論與實務的參考。

Teacher career cycle is a systematic, developmental and highly practical theory of teacher career development. It has a great reference value for the professional development of teachers, particularly in the differentiated teacher evaluation. This paper first clarifies the theory of teacher career cycle, and then puts forward its application in differentiated teacher evaluation, providing a reference for promoting the theory and practice of teacher evaluation in Taiwan, ROC.
