本研究以動態視角檢視創業連結者於創業生態圈中的動態建構與治理歷程,選擇科技部之臺灣科技新創基地(Taiwan Tech Arena, TTA)為研究對象,檢視TTA於創業生態圈的創業連結者角色,透過Goswami等人(2018)創業生態圈關鍵行動者與Isenberg(2010, 2011)創業生態圈類別功能,檢視TTA場域於2018年6月至2021年4月期間之317場活動,分析每場次關鍵行動者與類別功能。本研究發現創業連結者於創業生態圈的建構與治理是動態累積歷程,包括制度建構、能力培育和網絡媒合三個階段。本研究認為創業生態圈的建構是生態圈系統失靈與關鍵行動者/類別功能介入的治理歷程,TTA在不同階段依序連結所需之關鍵行動者與類別功能,解決創業生態圈中制度、能力與網絡失靈;本研究最後提出理論貢獻與實務意涵。 |

This study explores how the entrepreneurial connector, known as“Taiwan Tech Arena, TTA”, shapes and manages the entrepreneurial ecosystem through the lens of an entrepreneurial dynamic view. To accomplish this research purpose, we develop an analytical framework that combines six key entrepreneurial actors as suggested by Goswami et al (2018), and six types of entrepreneurial elements proposed by Isenberg (2010, 2011). This qualitative analysis was centered on 317 entrepreneurial activities in TTA spanning from June 2018 to April 2021. We examine the process of entrepreneurial dynamic evolution and entrepreneurial governance of within the context of TTA entrepreneurial activities, utilizing the aforementioned analytical framework. The results reveal that TTA, as the entrepreneurial connector, manages the entrepreneurial ecosystem in Taiwan through three distinct process stages: (1) the institutional building stage, (2) the capability cultivating stage, and (3) the network connecting stage. In summary, we conclude that while the role of entrepreneurial connector varies across three different process stages, TTA engages with diverse key entrepreneurial actors and types of entrepreneurial elements to address various types of entrepreneurial ecosystem system failures, including institutional, capability, and network failures. Finally, we provide theoretical contributions and managerial implications related to the entrepreneurial ecosystem in the study. |
