技專校院提昇師生研究量能之探討：以國立高雄科技大學為例

本文旨以國立高雄科技大學為例，探討三校併校融合的過程中，學校在研究發展方面所經歷的歷程、採取的策略與措施。鑒於國內外產業發展迅速變化，隨著全球化競爭、產業轉型、少子女化及資源有限等問題不斷加劇，國內各大專校院在現有的研究發展策略、師生研究支持、人才延攬以及在校精銳培育等機制上，如何進行因應性的調整或轉型改變，成為一個值得深入探討的問題。在這樣的背景下，建立適應時局變遷的機制變得至關重要，為了提昇師生的研究表現，學校需深思如何以人才為基礎，加強研究質與量相結合，並使其與國際接軌，這不僅是提昇國際聲望的必經之路，更是朝向研究「質」與「量」同步增能的迫切課題。本文從延攬優秀人才、提昇研究環境、完善研究獎勵、建立多元獎勵制度、培育在校精銳等五個面向入手，透過點、線、面的擴展，建構一個多元、互補、整合並具有激勵效益的研究支持系統，期望達到激發研究活力、提昇研究水準的效果，本文深入探討這些機制的實施成效，以供參考。

This article aims to use National Kaohsiung University of Science and Technology as an example to explore the processes and strategies measures the university has undergone in the integration of three schools during the merger. To enhance the research performance of faculty and students, the institution of higher education needs to contemplate how to build a foundation on talent, integrating research quality and quantity, and aligning with international standards. This is not only a necessary step to boost international reputation but also an urgent task to synchronize the enhancement of research quality and quantity. It focuses on five aspects: attracting outstanding talents, enhancing research fields, improving research environment, establishing a diverse incentive system, and cultivating elite students on campus. Through the expansion in points, lines, and areas, the goal is to construct a diverse, complementary, and integrated research support system that is also motivating. The article expects to achieve the effects of stimulating research vitality and elevating research standards. Additionally, it will delve into the implementation effectiveness of these mechanisms for reference.
