This study reviewed the domestic literature on private preschool educators and found that there were few relevant studies on the impact of professional growth of private preschool educators on organizational effectiveness. This also triggered the motivation for this study to explore this topic, hoping to explore and discover professional growth. What kind of impact will it have on organizational effectiveness, and which one has the greater impact, etc. This study adopted the questionnaire survey method, and distributed questionnaires through purposive sampling to all preschool educators (including principals, teachers, education care workers, and assistant education care workers) in 10 private preschools in Pingtung City. A total of valid samples was collected. There were 121 questionnaires, and the effective sample recovery rate reached 100%. Through multiple regression analysis to verify each research hypothesis, the research results found that professionalism and general knowledge of professional growth have a positive and significant impact on organizational effectiveness (including administrative service performance, environmental facility planning, curriculum and teaching quality, community support and recognition). Professional knowledge of professional growth has a partially positive and significant impact on organizational performance. Overall, this study found that general knowledge of professional growth has the greatest impact on organizational effectiveness, followed by professionalism and professional knowledge in order. Finally, this study proposes that the higher the professional knowledge, professionalism, general knowledge, etc. of private preschool educator’s professional growth, the management implications and suggestions that will help improve organizational effectiveness. |
