This study was conducted through a qualitative collaborative action research approach. By integrating Jing-Si aphorisms and picture books into emotional education in the language area, this study aimed to enable children to perceive, identify, express, understand, and regulate their emotions, and preschool teachers promoted children's creative performance and interpersonal growth through activities. After implementing the curriculum, teachers reflected on their teaching practices and enhanced their professional development. 1. Integrating five steps of Jing-Si Aphorisms teaching and picture books with Tzu Chi’s unique humanistic characteristics is beneficial for according to children’s emotional life experience can understanding of abstract emotional concepts. 2. Integrating Jing Si Aphorisms and picture books into the emotional teaching of the language area can help to improve children’s etiquette and change their emotional management abilities. 3. Adjusting teaching according to children’s emotional life experience can enhance teacher’s ability of counselling according to children’s emotional life experience and designing emotional courses. |
