本館建置約60個資訊系統及服務平臺，資訊安全管理作業通過ISO 27001及TAF雙認證。2024年系統服務次數逾6億4,993萬，較2023年之5億8,710萬次，增加6,283萬次。服務逾百萬次之系統及服務平臺計有13個，以「臺灣博碩士論文知識加值系統」服務能量居冠（逾5億2,905萬次），其次為「臺灣書目整合查詢系統」（逾3,799萬次），「全國新書資訊網（簡稱ISBNnet）」（逾1,265萬次），其他還有「臺灣人文及社會科引文索引資料庫」、「全國圖書書目資訊網」、「臺灣期刊文獻資訊網」、「館藏目錄查詢系統」、「臺灣華文電子書庫」、「臺灣記憶」、「政府公報資訊網」、本館「全球資訊網」、「漢學研究中心入口網」及「國圖到你家」。

The NCL has established more than sixty information systems and service platforms, and related information security management practices have received both ISO 27001 and TAF certifications. In 2024, the number of visits to these services exceeded 649.93 million, an increase of 62.83 million from the 587.1 million visits in 2023.
