國內大學院校「教師成長中心」設置情形之初探

The State of Art on the Establishment of the Center for Faculty Development in Higher Education Institutes in Taiwan

近年來新增很多大學院校，導致大學教育普及過快，而隨著資訊發達，學生獲取知識的來源更廣泛。因此大學教師的教育學生模式應做適當調整，因應社會變遷。而成立Center for Faculty Development, CFD），正是適時的協助教師們持續提升專業能力，突破或改善教學方法，增進外文能力等。此研究的目的是藉由「CFD」之成立情形，及實際的運作狀況，加以了解，對「CFD」的發展有更深層的認識。並期盼各大學院校以及院校之教師，能共同體認成立「CFD」的重要性。

Recently, there are augmentative numbers of universities in Taiwan that cause the education of universities over-diffusive. And then with the development of information, the students have more sources to get knowledge. The academics have to do some adequate adjustments for society vicissitudes. The establishment of the Center for Faculty Development (CFD) will help academics to face challenges, and give some aid. The purposes of the project are to understand in depth the "CFD" by the established conditions and real operations of the "CFD". We hope that colleges and universities and academics have the awareness that it is important to form the "CFD".
