傳統的社會廟宇是地方信仰中心，早期在醫療衛生條件不佳的環境，人們會到廟宇求藥籤來解決醫療困境，容易讓善男信女接受與信服，藥籤承載著撫慰人心的安定劑。廟宇也提供了民俗療法，求籤程式簡單，求問者可以享擁經濟實惠的權益、最高保密原則，藥籤在固定的廟宇奠定與信眾良善的互信基礎，進出方便又安全，抓藥也便利，為地方廟宇信俗添加了豐富色彩，民間藥籤功能主要有四個成因：一、官方政治策略；二、醫療短缺；三、經濟條件不佳，偏鄉就診不易；四、藥材評價。這些藥籤形成傳統社會中，對人民心理層面富足，達到解決醫療暫時困頓問題與考驗。

These medicine signs form a traditional society, the psychological level of the people is rich, to solve the problem and test of temporary medical difficulties.
