IKEA is known for its Swedish style. However, the company’s active innovation activities in countries around the world are also amazing. Therefore, this research intended to explore the reasons why IKEA’s innovative results were so fruitful. The study was a qualitative research in which the researchers collected a considerable amount of data for analysis. The results showed that IKEA had multinational advantages and actively responded to the demands of the international market. The top management team kept promoting the innovative organizational culture, applying the new technology deployment, updating the international consumer trends, and using overseas subsidiaries for cross-border and cross-industry cooperation with local institutions. Therefore, there were excellent results in the product innovation and the creative marketing strategies. The benefits help provide the company with better capacity and development for further competition. |
