本文素材取自人工培育蛹蟲草(Cordyceps militaris)之液體進行抗炎功效研究。採用濕式研磨,過篩取得之蛹蟲草液體,因以非萃取製程方式取得,有別於過去的研究。實驗探討五種不同濃度蛹蟲草液體,分別作用於巨噬細胞株(RAW 264.7),以(1)一氧化氮(Nitric oxide, NO)、(2)介白素6(Interleukin 6, IL-6)與(3)腫瘤壞死因子-α(tumor necrosis factor, TNF-α),以三重複抗發炎活性檢測,進行細胞發炎激素及毒性分析(細胞存活率分析,MTT assay)。結果顯示,對於受到細菌脂多醣(Lipopolysaccharide, LPS)活化的巨噬細胞株,蛹蟲草液體在LPS所誘發NO與IL-6生成,具有抗發炎反應。結論:(1)添加0.25 %至2.0%劑量,顯示具顯著抗炎效果。(2)無細胞毒性反應。總結,經濕式研磨過篩取得之人工培育蛹蟲草液體,具顯著抗炎效果,且無毒性反應。 |

The material of this study is taken from artificially cultivated Cordyceps militaris liquid. It focus to explore the effect of anti-inflammatory. In this study, wet grinding and sieving were used to obtain the Cordyceps militaris liquid. Because it is obtained through a unusual extraction process, it is different from past research. The experiment explores the effects of five different concentrations and triple repeat of Cordyceps militaris liquid on macrophage cell lines (RAW 264.7). Three complex anti-inflammatory activity tests of (1) nitric oxide (NO), (2) interleukin-6 (IL-6) and (3) tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) were used to measure cell inflammatory hormones and Cytotoxicity assay (Cell survival ratio analysis, MTT assay). The results showed that for macrophage cell lines activated by bacterial lipopolysaccharide (Lipopolysaccharide, LPS), Cordyceps militaris liquid induced the production of NO and IL-6 by LPS and had an anti-inflammatory response. Conclusion: (1) Adding a dosage of 0.25% to 2% was showed significant anti-inflammatory effect. (2) No cytotoxic reaction. In results show that the artificially cultivated Cordyceps militaris liquid obtained by wet grinding and sieving has significant anti-inflammatory effects and no toxic reactions. |
