本研究旨在以一所大學師資培育中心之核心能力為標的,運用尺規(rubrics)設計畢業生核心能力自評量表,以105至109學年度134名師資培育畢業生填寫之結果檢視與修正量表內容,並反思實施效果與可行性。研究結果顯示運用尺規設計之核心能力自評量表具有信效度,可作為核心能力學習成效之檢核工具。檢核結果可作為課程與教學規劃之參考,確實有助於改善學生核心能力之培養機制與學習效果。建議各大學與系所於設立核心能力時,即同步考量課程教學架構與核心能力檢核方式,並同時確立對應之行為表現向度與指標以作為尺規發展之基礎。學生學習成效的評量為近年高等教育重要的課題,其中系級核心能力的檢核為瞭解畢業生學習成效的關鍵之一,本研究運用尺規設計畢業生核心能力自評量表之歷程與內涵可提供另類系級核心能力檢核之取徑,對於大學系級核心能力學習成效之評量具有實務上之應用價值與重要性。
英文摘要
The study aims to adopt rubrics to develop a self-rating competency checklist for recent graduates enrolled in a teacher education program at a private university in Taiwan to assess their department-level core competencies. This self-rating competency checklist was tested and revised based on the responses of 134 graduates from the academic years 2016 to 2020 to examine its feasibility and effectiveness in assessing students' learning outcomes for core competencies. The research results showed that the self-rating competency checklist designed based on rubrics was valid and reliable, making it suitable for assessing department-level core competencies. The recent graduates' core competencies improved year by year after using the self-rating checklist. Results from the checklist can aid in implementing curricular and pedagogical improvements. The study suggests that rubrics can be used to design self-rating checklists for assessing department-level core competencies. Universities and teaching units are recommended to simultaneously consider the curriculum structure and corresponding behavioral performance dimensions and indicators as the basis for developing rubrics when establishing core competencies. The assessment of students' learning outcomes is crucial in higher education. Department-level core competencies must be assessed to understand the learning outcomes of recent graduates. This study's process and content of designing a self-rating competency checklist for graduates provide an alternative approach to department-level core competency assessment, offering practical value and importance for evaluating the learning outcomes of department-level core competencies.
