This study aims to explore the acceptance of artificial intelligence (AI) painting by professional painters and to analyze the potential of AI painting in terms of artistry and applications. Through interviews with 20 traditional and digital painters, the results show that traditional painters have a lower acceptance of AI painting, primarily due to AI's limitations in emotional expression and personal style innovation. In contrast, digital painters are more open to AI painting, viewing it as a tool to enhance creative efficiency and visual effects, but they also point out that AI works lack human emotional depth. The study concludes that AI painting faces challenges in innovation, emotional expression, and artistic value, which affect its acceptance in the professional art community. The study suggests that future efforts should focus on improving AI's emotional expression capabilities and exploring collaborative methods between AI and human creators to enhance its artistic quality and professional recognition. |
