In an era of rapid changes in the global educational landscape, the operational model of school organizations has gradually shifted from tra¬ditional hierarchical management to a more open and interactive col¬laborative model. Consequently, collaborative leadership has emerged as a response to this shift, fostering active participation among multiple stakeholders to facilitate shared decision-making and implementation. This approach drives school improvement and enables institutions to navigate the high complexity of educational settings. This study adopts a literature analysis method to systematically explore the concept, es¬sence, and related research on collaborative leadership. Furthermore, it examines the application strategies of collaborative leadership in school management. Ultimately, the study presents conclusions with the hope of providing valuable insights for educational leaders, school administra¬tors, and future academic research. |
