In response to rapidly changing environments, various innovative teaching methods continue to emerge. eduScrum, a teaching model based on Agile Scrum principles, emphasizes student learning and autonomy. It is a student-centered approach that has been proven effective in teaching practices. Given the limited implementation and empirical research on eduScrum in teaching contexts within Taiwan, this study adopts a literature analysis method to examine the eduScrum teaching model and its application in higher education. It further explores the appropriate contexts for implementing eduScrum practices. Through the application of the eduScrum teaching model, students can develop essential abilities and skills, including self-directed learning, teamwork, critical thinking, creativity, communication skills, project management, time management, problem-solving, responsibility, subject knowledge and competencies, reflective learning, as well as flexibility and adaptability. |
