Sexual assault crimes have always attracted the attention of society. In order to effectively suppress the occurrence of sexual assault cases, the government has made many amendments to laws and treatment systems, but the crime situation has not decreased. This study focused on those who participated in the“physical and mental treatment or counseling education courses”from a local health authority from January 1, 2018 to December 31, 2020. There were a total of 269 valid samples (effectiveness rate 93.08%). Suggestions are made based on the research results: (1) Strengthen the individual treatment model. (2) Strengthen treatment supervision measures for cases with sudden changes in assessment levels during the treatment process. (3) Sexual harassment is included in compulsory treatment regulations to fundamentally prevent recidivism. (4) Continuous follow-up investigation and research. |
