The ''2019 Curriculum guidelines'' promoted by the Ministry of Education in recent years emphasizes ''literacy'' education, which requires not only applying knowledge to daily practice, but also having the knowledge, abilities and attitudes needed to face future challenges. However, the financial literacy of people is still on the low level. The micro-world learning strategy has been widely employed in human resources training, so this study intends to verify the impact of the learning method on performance. The study took a quasi-experimental design method, dividing the subjects into two groups, with a total of 44 people in the experiment group, and operated the STICS to conduct the experiment. In the intervention group, a total of 45 people learned by watching videos adapted from real case and in situations created by problem orientation. The research design is shown in figure 3. The study showed that participants in the experiment group were better than the intervention group who used conventional technological learning methods in terms of stock expertise, communication, and creativity. Finally, the study puts forward suggestions for future research. |
