從警察實務看保護令約制相對人成效之探討

不少家暴被害人雖已向法院聲請民事保護令，但仍會持續發生家暴行為。作者身為基層警察角度觀看親密關係在民事保護令核發後，是否真的可以如願保護被害人而使相對人停止暴力行為。筆者舉出四種不同類型的核發保護令後再犯家暴案件，並分析與省思如何可以更減少家庭暴力。最後筆者提出需強力結合警政、衛政、社政、醫療體系、司法、社區及學校等相關單位，來保護被害人之權益，使受暴被害人能獲得維護和保障，進而真正防止家庭暴力事件之發生。
