人文創新H-EHA模式的理論與實踐：以「金魚厝邊」個案為例

Theory and Practice of the Humanistic Innovation H-EHA Model: A Case Study of ''Goldfish Cuobian''

本研究探討人文創新在「創新3.0」典範的具體作用，提出H-EHA模式，並採用質性研究方法，以「金魚厝邊」為案例，透過案例研究深入分析，探討該模式在宜蘭縣頭城鎮地方創生的實踐過程。
研究結果顯示，H-EHA模式的「人文」、「生態」、「樞紐」、「星群」四個核心要素在「金魚厝邊」的實踐過程均獲充分體現。「人文」元素作為核心驅動力，體現在對頭城的深厚情感和文化復興使命上。「生態」系統的構建，促進了資源的流動與各方的協同發展。而「金魚厝邊」作為「樞紐」，連結各方資源共同構成了頭城的人文創新生態系統，而這個生態系統的人才培育與吸引計畫，不但形成活力充沛的「星群」，更持續為頭城的創新發展提供動力。
研究結論指出，在「創新3.0」時代應以「人文」為核心，構建多元共生的「生態」，發揮「樞紐」的連結作用，培育充滿活力的「星群」，以此作為推動與發展人文創新的參考途徑。本研究所得可以為地方創生與人文創新實踐提供理論指導與實踐參考。

This study explores the role of humanistic innovation in the ''Innovation 3.0'' paradigm by proposing the H-EHA model and adopting qualitative research methods to take ''Goldfish Cuobian'' as a case study, through in-depth analysis of the case, to examine the practice of the H-EHA model in the local revitalization of Toucheng Township, Yilan County.
The findings demonstrate that the four core elements of the H-EHA model, namely humanity, ecosystem, hub, and asterism, are fully embodied in Goldfish Cuobian 's practices. The ''humanistic'' element, first, serves as the core driving force, manifested in the deep affection for Toucheng and the mission of cultural renaissance. The construction of an ''ecosystem,'' then, facilitates effective resource flow and collaborative development among various parties. Goldfish Cuobian's, acting as a ''hub,'' connects diverse resources and drives innovative development. The cultivation and attraction of diverse talents form a vibrant ''asterism,'' providing continuous momentum for Toucheng's innovative development.
The study concludes that in the ''Innovation 3.0'' era, focusing on ''humanistic'' values, building a diverse and symbiotic ''ecosystem,'' leveraging the connecting role of ''hubs,'' and nurturing a dynamic ''asterism'' are effective approaches to promote humanistic innovation and development. This research thus provides the oretical guidance and practical reference for local revitalization and humanistic innovation practices.
