This study developed project management competence indicators of nonprofit organizations based on the structure and content of the International Project Management Association's Individual Competence Baseline (ICB 4.0). These were used as survey questionnaire items regarding project management competence performance in nonprofit organizations, which served as the content of this study's case interview outline. Next, this study constructed organizational performance assessment items comprising four dimensions: financial control, customer recognition, internal processes and learning, and growth based on the Balanced Scorecard theoretical system. These were used as questionnaire items for organizational performance. This study developed and completed a reliable and valid questionnaire on the survey of project management competence performance and the organizational performance of nonprofit organizations. This was used as a valid tool for assessing nonprofit organizations' project management competence and organizational performance. Using convenience sampling, we conducted a web-based survey questionnaire of 553 nonprofit organization members. The questionnaire on the survey of project management competence performance and organizational performance of nonprofit organizations was used to obtain an overview of project management competence and organizational performance in nonprofit organizations. The results indicate that both the project management competence performance and organizational performance of nonprofit organizations were medium to high; the higher the level of project management competence performance in nonprofit organizations, the better their organizational performance. |
