雙北地區技術型高中特教教師情緒勞務與教學效能之關係

本研究旨在探討雙北地區技術型高中特教教師情緒勞務與教學效能之現況及關係,研究採用問卷調查法,以雙北地區195名技術型高中特教教師作為研究對象。調查所得資料以描述統計、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析及多元迴歸等方法進行分析,研究結果如下:一、情緒勞務及教學效能表現皆達中上程度。二、女性特教教師,其表層演出表現優於男性特教教師。三、任教年資長短,其情緒勞務表現各有優勢,教學效能表現亦各有所長。四、特殊教育學分學程班背景特教教師,其深層演出及教學評量表現皆優於特教系所背景特教教師。五、情緒勞務對教學效能具預測力,其中「深層演出」及「多樣性」對教學效能具有顯著正向影響。最後,歸納研究發現,提出建議供相關單位參考。
英文摘要
The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between emotional labor and the teaching effectiveness of special education teachers of vocational senior high schools in Taipei and New Taipei City. The research adopted a questionnaire survey method and selected 195 special education teachers of vocational senior high schools in Taipei and New Taipei City as research samples. The data obtained from the survey were analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, and multiple regression. The results of this study are summarized as follows: (a) The emotional labor and teaching effectiveness of special education teachers of vocational senior high schools in Taipei and New Taipei City are medium to high. (b)The emotional labor of female special education teachers of vocational senior high schools in Taipei and New Taipei City was better than that of males. (c)The emotional labor and teaching effectiveness of older special education teachers of vocational senior high schools in Taipei and New Taipei City were different from those of younger ones. (d) The emotional labor and teaching effectiveness of special education teachers from special education credit courses of vocational senior high schools in Taipei and New Taipei City were better than those from department of special education. (e)The emotional labor of special education teachers of vocational senior high school in Taipei and New Taipei City has significantly influenced teaching effectiveness. Moreover,“deep performance”and“diversity”have significantly positive effects on teaching effectiveness.
