性侵害受害者之重要他人支持團體的探討

本論文探討在台灣舉行的一個性侵害受害者之重要他人的支持性團體。該團體共有六位成員參與，成員的性質為兩位受害者的父親，兩位母親，一位男友和一位丈夫。該團體同時有三位領導者（兩位機構外之教授，一位機構內社工員），及一位觀察員參與。團體進行時間為民國88年之三月到六月初，共九次。本論文中陳述每一次團體進行的主題，及九次主題間的重疊性，以及團體評估的結果。團體評估的結果顯示，成員皆肯定這個團體對他們是有幫助的，特別是讓他們覺得自己並不是唯一在世界上對此問題掙扎、痛苦的人。他們同時也表達因為這個團體，讓他們學習到如何在以後幫助同樣有此困難的人。從團體評估也顯示，團體成員特別肯定第七次的團體主題，該主題為領導者提供團體成員有關加害者的特質，及加害者如何誘騙受害者之資訊，這些似乎對這些團體成員有很大的安慰作用。一些其他的臨床議題也同時在這篇論文中有所討論。

The study investigates the group themes and effectiveness of a support group for significant others who had beloved ones been sexually abused. The group met once a week for two hours for 9 weeks from March to June, 1999. Six members and three leaders particitated in this group, and one observer recorded the process of the group. After each session of group, members completed the Therapeutic Factors Measurement to assess the effectiveness of the group. The results indicated members felt they were helped most in the dimension of Existential and Altrum areas. The implications of the results and suggestions for future research are discussed.
