台灣休閒農業與旅遊業者經營概況調查

台灣休閒農漁業歷經數十年的發展，已成為台灣農漁業界最耀眼的產業。根據農委會委託調查發現，2018年全台農業旅遊總遊客為36,744,571人，農業旅遊總產值為新台幣11,249,391,204元，平均每家農漁業營業場所的遊客數為16,081人，平均每位遊客約帶來276.39元的產值，休閒農場更成為所有休閒農漁業經營項目中產值最高的經營方式。為了更有系統的調查全台休閒農漁業者，本研究調查了經營農業與經營達一年以上的農業旅遊業者，共計2,460家，採普查方式進行，實際回收2,285家，回收率為92.88%。業者問卷內容包括「基本資料」、「聘僱人力」、「未來勞動力需求情形」、「遊客數調查」、「經營型態與產值與成本調查」及「業者經營困難之處與所需協助」等六大題項，共45小題。調查發現與結果將在內文詳述。

After decades of development, Taiwan's leisure agriculture has become the most popular industry in Taiwan. According to a survey by the Council of Agriculture, the total number of tourists to agricultural tourism in Taiwan was NT$ 36,744,571 (COA, 2018), the total output value of agricultural tourism was NT$11,249,391,204, and the average number of tourists per agricultural place was NT$16,081. The leisure farm has become the highest output value among all leisure agriculture items. This study surveyed 2,460 agriculture and tourism operators who have been engaged in agriculture and tourism operations for more than one year. The census was conducted, and 2,285 questionnaires were actually recovered, with a recovery rate of 92.88%. The contents of the questionnaire include ''background information'', ''employment manpower'', ''future labor demand situation'', ''survey on the number of tourists'', ''investigation on business model, output valueand cost'' and ''business difficulties and assistance needed'' There are 45 small questions in total.
