酒類地理標示多邊通知與註冊制度談判進展之初探

葡萄酒與烈酒地理標示多邊通知與註冊制度（multilateral system of notification and registration of geographical indications for wines and spirits）之談判基礎係根據與貿易有關之智慧財產權協定（Trade-Related Aspects of Intellectual Property Right，TRIPS）第23.4條規定，TRIPS理事會為促進對葡萄酒地理標示之保護，應就有關建立葡萄酒地理標示多邊通知與註冊制度進行談判，使該地理標示在參與該制度之會員間獲得保護。
