WTO針對非違反協定之控訴及電子商務關稅課徵做出決議

世界貿易組織（World Trade Organization，以下簡稱WTO）下之與貿易有關之智慧財產權理事會（the Council of the WTO’s Agreement on Trade-Related Aspects of Intellectual Property Rights, TRIPS理事會）於今（2009）年11月6日達成兩項共識，包括暫時停止（moratorium）於與貿易有關之智慧財產權協定（Agreement on Trade-Related Aspects of Intellectual Property Rights，以下簡稱TRIPS）下提起非違反協定之控訴（non-violation complaint）之期間繼續延展，以及對電子商務（e-commerce）暫停課徵關稅之期間繼續延長兩年。
