In this study, the effective phytochemical components in the shell of Chenopodium formosanum, extracted from agricultural waste materials, combined with the native tall bat(Scotophilus kuhlii)kidney cells developed by our research team, optimized the cell culture mitochondrial stabilizer for the production of epidemic diarrheal virus (PEDV) in Taiwan's native porcine pigs, which can effectively increase the production of PEDV by 4 times compared with the traditional production of PEDV from rhesus monkey kidney cells. |
