According to the agricultural census data, the average age of professional agricultural practitioners in Taiwan is as high as sixty-two. Although agricultural administration units have promoted several projects for young and middle-aged adults to return to the countryside if they cannot reduce labor intensity, improve working conditions, and promote the reconstruction of rural production and living environments, the effectiveness of implementation will be greatly reduced. |
