This project used djulis hull as a test sample to explore the regulation effects of its water and alcoholic extracts on blood lipids. High-fat/high-cholesterol diet was used to induce hyperlipidemia in hamsters to explore the activities of water and alcoholic extracts of djulis hull in reducing blood lipids, and further explore its mechanism of action. |
