It designs for the elder who have most troublesome about eating meat dishes, and the research of development technology and results presents in standard recipes. And Mr. Chen Wen-dong and Mr. Chen Zhi-ming led the team to work together to research and develop meat meal cooking technique for the elderly, so as to promote the new concept of elder friendly meals. |
