The project team using Chinese and Western style cuisine cooking technique with the concept of food chew-ability to design innovative dishes. It designs for the elder who have most troublesome about eating meat dishes, and the research of development technology and results presents in standard recipes. And Mr. Chen Wen-dong and Mr. Chen Zhi-ming led the team to work together to research and develop meat meal cooking technique for the elderly, so as to promote the new concept of elder friendly meals. |
