Macroalgae water extracted polysaccharides are known to be as immune-stimulants. The polysaccharide plays an important role in the antioxidant activity of organisms. Macro-pol-ysaccharide molecules are difficult into the cells through the cell membrane. By the research, the polysaccharides combined with the polysaccharide-binding protein to regulate the organism physiological functions. Animal experiments have shown that algal polysaccharides have strong antioxidant activity. |
