PROFESSOR ZENG-YEI HSEU HAS BEEN AWARDED AN HONORARY SCIENTIST BY THE RURAL DEVELOPMENT ADMINISTRATION, KOREA

After nomination by the scientific society in Korea, Professor Z. Y. Hseu in Department of Environmental Science and Engineering, NPUST was appointed as Honorary Scientist from I January 2009 to 31 December 2011 by the Rural Development Administration (RDA), the Republic of Korea. RDA is a central government organization responsible for the agricultural research and extension in Korea. It has 4 constituent research organizations and one education institute. Encompassing most areas of agricultural research fields, RDA has more than 2042 research scientists working at the headquarters and the constituent institutes. The honorary scientists are carefully nominated on the bases of the leadership and excellence in the area of specialty of each nominee.
