團體治療性因素評估方法之檢討

Review of Various Evaluating Methods of Group Therapeutic Factors

團體治療性因素（Therapeutic Factor）是指參與團體治療的成員，其獲得的治療性效果是透過何種改變的機轉（change mechanism），此作用機轉即稱之，因此身為治療師者，對其知之愈詳，愈能提高成員之療效。

The investigation of therapeutic factors has been made in the western countries since 1950. They have had lots of reports about this kind of research till the present. One of the most representative scholars is Irving Yalom, who proposes twelve therapeutic factors and designs the60-item questionnaire. There are also quite a few studies about this field here in past ten years. For the study to be advanced, a working team has been organized in our association. Through the team's efforts, part of results is reported in the article. The focus is on the modified Yalom's 60-item questionnaire in Chinese version and the comparison of different evaluating methods. However, the scaling method acknowledges the effect of individual factor, the ranking method differentiates the effective level among various factors, and the interviewing method prevents the collected data from being restricted by fixed form o Which method is better depends on the evaluators' intention. At last, the Yalom's questionnaire maybe not entirely fit in Chinese culture, but its international popularity will contribute the applicability of comparing our findings with other countries.
