In the current wave of digitization and globalization, the rapid development of the banking industry is accompanied by the collection and processing of a large amount of personal data. With the popularity of online banking, online transactions, and digital payments, the protection of customer personal privacy has become an important challenge faced by the banking industry. This article focuses on the issue of personal privacy in the banking industry, aiming to explore how banks can balance the contradictions between policies, cybersecurity, and customer privacy protection. The study utilized the Q-method to collect and analyze a total of 31 valid samples, focusing on the types of perceptions related to customer privacy and data security in the banking sector. The findings were categorized into four types for further discussion: ''Policy-Oriented,'' ''Management System-Oriented,'' ''Privacy secrecy-Centric,'' and ''Risk Management-Oriented.'' Each type emphasizes different aspects of policy implementation. By integrating academic theory with practical research, the study provides relevant practical recommendations for each of the four types. |
