This project mainly uses diacrylated polyethylene glycol(PEGDA)to coat stem cells to optimize the use of stem cells for clinical local tissue regeneration, facilitate local injection or surgical transplantation, and inhibit cell rejection and inflammatory reactions at the transplant site. Based on clinical usability and commercialization, this plan first tests the antifreeze ability of PEGDA cells, the mixing ratio with the cell suspension, and formulates the optimal active state of canine stem cells after thawing, and also formulates the cell growth in the stem cell preservation solution. The optimal formula of factors allows adipose stem cells to be used for local injection or surgical transplantation after thawing. There is no need to prepare a separate suspension to mix stem cells for injection or surgical transplantation. |
