The aim of this research is to examine whether group intervention of ''Illness Management and Recovery Program'' can promote the efficacy of ''illness management and recovery'' in patients with mental illness. This study is based on the contents of group program compiled by principles of evidence-based medicine of Mental Health Care of Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) - we select 40 patients with Schizophrenia from Community Rehabilitation Center as sample and sort them out into experimental group and control group using ''Equivalent Pretest-Posttest Designs''. Through the above course of study, and induction of the results of analysis, we make the following recommendations: Group intervention of ''Illness Management and Recovery'' has evident efficiency in both illness management and recovery. |
