The Speech of Silent Members in the Group

The purpose of this study was to explore the silence in the group interaction. Researcher acted as a participant observer at the reflective groups held in Rome, 2009. Reflective analysis was used to explore the desire of speech from four silent phenomena in the group: silent writer, no-voice speech, trauma in speech, and revelation from silent member. Subsequently, the silence of group facilitator, speech behavior, and the othen in the group were discussed.
