唐代惡溪小考──李德裕南貶不曾經過處州惡溪

A Preliminary Textual Research on E-Xi(惡溪) in Tang Dynasty: De-yu Li Didn't Pass through E-Xi in Chuzhou when Derogated South

Repetition of place names often leads to errors in historical interpretation. Two interpretations of E-Xi in the poem ‘Dao E-Xi Yei Bo Ludao' by De-yu Li are one of these errors. This paper claims where Li stated in his poem is E-Xi in Chaozhou, rather than E-Xi in Chuzhou, based on the differences in the ecological environment between these two places recorded in documents.
