In recent years, workplace sexual harassment has become a highly concerning social issue for companies, significantly impacting organizational and human resource management. This article focuses on the role and challenges of human resource management in handling sexual harassment cases and examines how transparent and fair procedures can maintain organizational reputation. It also analyzes effective strategies for preventing sexual harassment, including establishing clear policies, providing training for all employees, and creating reporting mechanisms. The aim is to help organizations more effectively prevent and address sexual harassment issues, improve the quality of the work environment, and enhance employee well-being and productivity. The article primarily utilizes literature review and policy discussion, supplemented by case law analysis ,to explore the definition, types, and root causes of workplace sexual harassment and the main reasons it cannot be eradicated. Finally, it offers recommendations for companies to improve or prevent workplace sexual harassment, including promoting a culture of gender equality, establishing anonymous reporting systems, and strengthening legal education. |
