Dysphagia is the most serious sequelae of oral cancer patients during the disease process. In 2019, two cases of oral cancer patients after oral cancer operation occurred in this ward, which caused the motive of the project. Using the three-principle quality control investigation, it was found that the nursing staff's swallowing care rate was 48.8%.
