社區組織困境與需求對社區能力建構影響之研究

A Study on How Dilemmas and Demands of Community Organization Influence the Construction of Community Capacity

本研究主要探討社區組織困境和需求對社區能力建構的影響，以社區組織困境為自變項、社區組織需求為中介變項、社區能力為依變項，其中社區組織能力包含組織力、凝聚力、永續力。研究資料取自「107年桃園市社區發展協會推動福利社區化需求調查」原始資料，研究對象為桃園市社區發展協會的工作人員，共計有272份問卷，並採用結構方程模型進行分析。研究結果顯示，社區組織困境和社區組織需求都會對社區能力的建構產生負向影響，而且社區組織困境的影響力大於社區組織需求，另外社區組織困境和社區組織需求對社區能力中的組織力、凝聚力、永續力也會產生不同的影響效果，研究者最後提出結論與建議。

This study mainly explores the impact of community organization dilemmas and needs on the construction of community capacity, considering community organization dilemmas as independent variables; community organization needs as mediating variables; community capacity as dependent variables. Actually, community capacity include organizational, cohesion, and sustainability. This research is based on the original data of the“Survey on the Need of Taoyuan Community Development Association to Promote Welfare Communitization in 2018.”The research objects are the staff of the community development association, and 272 questionnaires are analyzed by the structural equation model. The results show that both community organization dilemmas and needs are likely to make a negative impact on the construction of community capacity, and the influence of community organizaion dilemmas is greater than community organization needs. In addition, community organization dilemmas and needs also have different effects on the organization, cohesion, and sustainability of community capabilities. In the end, the researchers put forward conclusions and suggestions.
