陰莖許旺細胞瘤表現為下尿路症狀：一種罕見的且具有不常見表現的個案報告

Penile Schwannoma Presented with Lower Urinary Tract Symptoms: A Rare Entity with an Uncommon Presentation

陰莖許旺細胞瘤是罕見的個案。此腫瘤幾乎是良性的、無痛的、生長緩慢且單獨出現。我們報告一名28歲男性，其下尿路症狀如:尿流微弱、排尿不全、頻尿伴隨十餘年，他同時也抱怨性交疼痛。經理學檢查後位於尿道口有個圓形腫塊。經手術切除後組織病理學證實了陰莖神經鞘瘤的診斷。術後經過兩年的追蹤，下尿路症狀和性交困難有所改善並且沒有復發。

Penile Schwannoma is a rare entity. The tumour is almost benign, painless, slow-growing and solitary in emergence. We reported a 28-year-old male presented with lower urinary tract symptoms, such as weak stream, incomplete voiding sensation and urinary frequency, which had been present for over 10 years. He also complained of painful intercourse simultaneously. A rounded mass was located just at urethral orifice. He underwent surgical resection, and penile Schwannoma was confirmed according to the histopathologic report. Lower urinary tract symptoms and dyspareunia improved during a two-year follow-up.
